Patient staff that's willing to walk through each product you have questions about WITHOUT shoving any particular brand down your throat. A slight downside is that they don't carry every product or part you may need. So. Eventhough you may not know exactly what you want/need, and only have an idea, I'd call in advance before going. I stayed in there for an hour, asking questions, and didn't make a purchase. Instead of having an attitude because I didn't purchase, they told me to return if I have any other questions. And I did. And now I only go there for my needs... Knowledgeable, patient, very fairly priced. Pull up to the back of the building, and you're good to go.

Top quality products for the serious gardeners. Their staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are great on most items and vary depending on the quality of the products you choose. I appreciate how efficiently their service gets me loaded up and on my way.
